This site is run by Sami Spall Industries, 9KM, Addah, Daska Rd, near Victoria Palace, Beerh, Sialkot, 51310, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@samispall.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we store the name, email, company, phone number, quantity and message you type, plus the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from. When you unlock the tech packs we store your email address and the same campaign tags.
For spam protection we also keep a short-lived record of your network address so we can limit how often one connection can send the forms. We store a one-way hash of it, not the address itself.
Why we collect it
We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up about the tech packs. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Who handles it
Messages are delivered to us by email through Brevo, which acts as our email delivery service. Our hosting provider stores the site and the enquiry database.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies by itself. It remembers your light or dark choice, your cookie choice and a tech pack access link in your browser's own storage. Google Analytics loads only if you press Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, it never loads. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and delete them when you ask. Spam protection records are removed after a few days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to info@samispall.com and we will deal with it.
