What is your minimum order?
We take orders from 500 pieces. That is the total for the order, and styles and sizes can be split inside it.
How many pieces can you make in a month?
Our monthly capacity is 65,000 pieces, produced by 50 skilled workers. If your volume is near that figure, tell us early so we can plan the floor.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on the quantity and the style, and we confirm it on the quotation. We do not give a standard number, because a 500 piece order and a 20,000 piece order are different jobs.
How do I pay?
We accept wire transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (LC). Shipping terms are agreed order by order.
Do you make clothing to my own design?
Yes. Every order is made to the buyer's own design, specification and labels. If you have a tech pack, send it. If you only have a sketch or a reference garment, our development team can build the pack with you.

Do you make samples before production?
Yes. We make prototype and pre-production samples for your approval, and production follows the approved sample.
Which certifications do you hold?
OEKO-TEX, BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and Sedex, and we are registered for tax in Pakistan with an NTN. Certificate copies and audit documents can be shared with buyers during supplier onboarding.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our buyers are mainly in the USA, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the Middle East. If you are somewhere else, ask and we will tell you what is possible.
What is the difference between Spall Sports and Spall Studios?
Spall Sports makes teamwear and performance apparel for clubs, leagues, schools and resellers. Spall Studios makes streetwear and cut-and-sew for fashion and lifestyle brands. Both are made in the same factory by the same team.
